Legends Of Tomorrow 3x15 : Necromancing The Stone review
Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it
Another week another stellar entry into what has been an amazing season of DC's Legends Of Tomorrow. The episode begins aboard the waverider as we see Sara walking aboard the bridge. Turns out she was having a nightmare as a little girl appears and she suddenly wakes up almost panic attack like. Ava (who was asleep next to her) also wakes up and the two talk about a number of things. First Sara tells her that she slept with Constantine 3-4 weeks ago and right away you cans see that Ava gets jealous. Sara calms her jealousy by calling her, her girlfriend which leads to them both kissing but not before Gideon requests Sara's presence on the bridge. On the bridge the Legends discover a whole new batch of time cracks as Zari now calls them and this leads to Sara splitting them all up into teams instead of focusing on one at a time. Sara who is about to take the jump ship starts hearing voices in her head. It is the Death Totem calling out to her telling her to wield it. We actually get a pretty nice throwback to Sara as the Black Canary from Arrow season's 2-3 as she tells her that she was born to wear the totem. Sara succumbs to the darkness and eventually begins to wield the totem leading to the creation of an almost death witch like character change complete with long flowing silver hair and make-up much like Silver Banshee from Supergirl season 1.

Sara goes ahead and puts the waverider on lock down trapping the legends in the medical bay. Wally phases his way out and opens the door before going to try and take down Sara himself but is stopped by Jesse Quick..turns out it's actually just Mallus playing a trick on him as Sara eventually returns and takes Wally out. Something very similar also happens to Zari and Nate as Mallus also messes with their heads in an attempt stop them. Sara manages to overcome them all. All except for one as Mick finally embraces his destiny and wields the Fire Totem which grants him the power of fierce fire basically from the palm of his hands. This helps in the legends taking Sara out and ultimately releasing her from Mallus's control that he had over her. Somebody else also helped and well I wouldn't be talking about this episode without mentioning him. Matt Ryan returns as John Constantine and he is as brilliant as ever. He really has made the character his own and I can't imagine any else ever playing it to be honest. He aids the Legends as Ava goes to visit him and ask for his help. There's actually a really funny exchange between them as they learn they've both slept with Sara. That being said John does help the Legends with the help of his dark arts and magic mastery. The episode ends as Sara overcome with emotions actually breaks up with Ava in what was a really emotional scene I thought. It's actually funny how not only 10 mins earlier Constantine told Sara not to hurt Ava and then she goes and does this. Oh the irony. The overall theme of the legends overcoming their inner demons and being able to fight the faces of their past was a big point of this episode and it made for some really emotional scenes at times. This show really is pulling out all the stops to entertain and draw people in I love it. This episode was brilliant. Not only did we have action scenes but add in Totem's, jealousy, funny one liners and you've got a really good time guaranteed. There's only 3 more episodes left this season and I'm going to cherish each and every one of them.
