Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it.  After the highs of last weeks episode can Stargirl keep that momentum going?? the episode begins with Justin the Janitor whom we see is still struggling with his past. He is still struggling to remember much apart from a fierce and strong hearted horse and Pat who he recalls was Starmans sidekick. Back at the school and he sees Pat on a leaflet for his pit stop garage so he pays him a visit but more on that in a bit. The real meat and potatoes of this episode so to speak is that of Courtney finally meeting her true father in Sam Curtis. He shows up announced in Blue Valley after last week Barbara had sent him an e-mail but then never replied to him. Worried by this he shows up and blows Courtney's entire life wide open. She refuses to believe that this man is her father still set on her father being Starman. After demanding that she talk to Pat Courtney soon comes around an

With that being said let's get into it.  The previous 9 weeks of Stargirl have been a genuinely enjoyable, atmospheric and overall a good time. But with this episode boy did they really knock it out of the park in this episode. The episode begins 2 years in the past in Blue Valley. We're shown Pat and Barbara and how they came to meet one another at a diner. The sort of lovey dovey vibe being showcased between them is far from what is happening in present day as we're soon thrown into the aftermath of last week's ending which was Barbara finding out the truth about what has been going on. Barbara is as you can imagine is thrown for a loop and immediately tells Courtney to go to her room. This is before Courtney like previous in the season says that Starman is her father. Barbara says he isn't and sends Courtney off like I mentioned. Next up in her cross hairs is Pat. She tells him that she is disappoin

With that being said let's get into it.  This week's episode of Stargirl begins decades in the past as we learn how Brainwave came to be and how he learned to deal with his emerging powers over the years. Henry King was a scientist who one night while going to his car was involved in an attempted mugging. A hooded man demands that he be given Henry's wallet and car keys. As he says this his thoughts begin to be read by Henry who before was on the ground pleading for his life. Soon the hooded man is on the ground and Henry is alive and well car keys, wallet and all intact. It turns out he ended up giving the mugger a seizure killing him in the process. This was the first man Henry King killed in his evolution of becoming Brainwave. Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it.  Following on from last week's episode this week's Stargirl finishes off it's two part story arc. The episode begins randomly enough with Pat speeding in his car. It's not long before he ends up crashing the car which does get explained soon after. It turns out that Pat crashed the car to cover up Courtney's injuries from last week after her fight with Shiv (Cindy) we see Pat at the hospital visiting Courtney who is still pretty banged up. Pat is still very much upset with Courtney who tells her that she was reckless in what she did last week. He even threatens to tell her mom Barbara to which Courtney almost breaks down. She says that once this is all over and done with she will tell her mom, for now she doesn't need to know about what has been going on. Back at home Pat speaks to the Cosmic Staff and chastises it for choosing Courtney as it's new ma
