Gotham 4x2 : The fear reaper review

Image
Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it. Picking up basically from where left off last week Gordon Bullock and some cops arrive at the house where they think Jonathan Crane is being kept by the criminals from last week's episode. What they find is much more scary though. One of the criminals basically tied up and placed on a scarecrow out in the backgarden signaling that the Scarecrow is coming complete with the ''HE'S COMING'' line. On from that we see Bruce locked up in a GCPD cell for the first time ever, Alfred arrives to bail him out but Gordon just lets him go as long as it doesn't happen again which Bruce agrees. On the way out they bump into Lucius Fox who questions Bruce on his clothes being torn and scratches on his face to which Alfred responds with ''We were rock climbing'' just brilliant. Really hope Lucius is brought in on the whole situation as he plays a big

Gotham 4x1 : Pax penguina review

Before starting this review I just want to let everyone know that there will be big *SPOILERS* for the episode ahead. With that being said let's get into my review of Gotham Season 4's premiere. Set 3 or so months after the end of season 3, season 4 picks up more of less from where things ended with Bruce on a rooftop protecting innocent civilians like Batman would!! all this goes down as we see Ra's Al Ghul watching from the distance he knows Bruce is the true heir and he will stop at nothing to see him take his place as The Demon's Head. Skip to Penguin and we find out that he now fully controls the underworld and has negotiated successfully with the city's mayor to produce licences for criminals which will basically legalize crime in Gotham securing an all time low crime rate for the city. Jim Gordon of course being the hard faced cop that he is, is automatically against this and wants to put an end to Penguin once and for all given all the dodgy deals h

Mother review

Mother starring Jennifer Lawrence and Javier Bardem directed by Darren Arnofsky who in my opinion has had a very mixed career when it comes to movie quality. Black Swan and The Wrestlers are fantastic movies but in between them you have Noah which was long tedious and just flat out boring I thought. Now he gives us Mother and I have no idea how to even review this because it's unlike a movie I've ever seen before. The last 30 minutes especially absolutely destroyed the movie for me. Before that I was honestly liking it but that final act just stops it from being great. This movie is definitely not going to be for everyone as it can be disturbing at some points especially as I said that final 30 minutes or so is just flat out ridiculous and feels like it doesn't belong in this movie. It's like they just threw everything at the wall and tried to see what would stick. I can't put it into words but I will say this it is absolutely terrible and I honestly felt like
