The Flash 6x17 : Liberation review

Image
Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it.  The Flash is back again and with this episode which is the shortest of the season so far they may have just delivered the very best episode of season 6. Beginning in the speed lab we see the team who have assembled an artificial speed force begin to test it out. It looks like it's working at first as coffee from Cisco's cup begins to float in the air. It machine soon powers down leaving everyone confused as to just how Eobard Thawne on his own managed to create his own negative speed force. Cecil happens to be in the speed lab also and asks Barry about the ending of last week's episode where he was thrown out of his apartment by Iris. He hasn't seen his wife since and has completely committed himself to the cause of restoring his speed through an artificial speed force. Cecil goes to see Iris and is stunned by her words. She seems not interested at all in Barry

Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it.  Legends Of Tomorrow continues on it's rather great fifth season with yet another thoroughly enjoyable episode. Beginning with Charlie explaining just how she hid the final piece of The Lume of Faith. How she hid the piece is extremely interesting however as she did have help from none other than The Enchantress. A powerful sorceress supreme who has ties to Constantine which is heavily implied especially at the end of the episode. She helps Charlie hide the piece of The Lume of Faith but warns her that she can't run forever from her sisters. Back aboard the waverider and Zari has been keeping up her promise that she made last week. First time we see her is when she complains and angles towards Constantine as she pushes him to find the last piece of The Lume. Constantine comes up with a summoning spell but he'll need everyone's help back at his house. With everyon

Batwoman 1x17 : A Narrow Escape review

Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it.  Batwoman returns from it's extended hiatus due to everything that's going on in the world right now. Last time we saw Batwoman it was on quite the role churning great episode after great episode post Crisis On Infinite Earths. Now that it's back can it keep it up?? the episode begins oddly enough with Alice and Kate bonding together. We see them playing a video game and drinking wine together. The lights being to flicker in the apartment which is instantly a signal that this is far from reality. And it's soon revealed so as we soon see Alice pleading to be left in her own happy place with Kate. Alice is far from being in her happy place as it's revealed that she's in Arkham receiving what looks like shock therapy. This is her reality now as her doctor says so. We're then shown that Gotham has a new or should I say old serial killer on their hands in

Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it.  The Flash returns from it's extended hiatus due to everything that's been going on in the world. And with this show back can it continue it's forward momentum in a season that has been extremely strong for the most part. The episode begins with Joseph Carver hiring Ragdoll to kill Joe West who is getting to close to his entire Black Hole operation. In the mirror world we see that Iris is slowly adapting to her surroundings much to Eva's dismay. Eva communicates again with Iris in the outside world and tasks her with draining The Flash of his speed so that he can't help Joe bring down her husband. If anyone is going to do that it's going to be her. Iris agrees and throughout the episode we get little nods that she is slowly draining his speed as Barry's watch turns from green, to yellow all the way to red by episode's end. Speaking of Joe we see h

Legends Of Tomorrow 5x8 : Zari, Not Zari review

Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it.  Legends Of Tomorrow has returned from it's extended hiatus given the situation the world currently finds itself in. With everything that has been going on having our favorite band of misfits back if even for a short period (who knows how long before another hiatus). The episode begins in London 1977. Taking place three days after Charlie originally joined the Legends in season 4 we see a woman walking into the club where Charlie and her band used to play. This woman turns out to be Atropos one of the Greek weavers and sister of Charlie. She ends up killing one of Charlie's former band mates as the episode then cuts to aboard the waverider where we see Zari sleeping. But she isn't sleeping alone. In fact she's in bed with Nate but it they didn't sleep together in fact Zari is in the bed because she sleepwalked into his room and right into his bed. She awakes
