Could you imagine living your life in constant fear knowing that your ex boyfriend who is also an abuser could very well be behind you at all times?? well that's what Elizabeth Moss's character Cecilia Kass has to deal with throughout this tense and atmospheric update of the classic story. The movie opens with Cecilia next to her boyfriend in bed. The following moments we see her plan out her escape from him as she does various things like drug him, turn off all the alarms etc. She eventually does make her escape and goes to live with a friend and his daughter. However the pain and trauma of being a victim of abuse is following Cecilia wherever shes goes. While staying with her friend she even finds it difficult to go out to the mail box. She's almost become frightened of going outside thanks to the life she's had to live thanks to her boyfriend's controlling behavior.  Elizabeth Moss is just fantastic throughout here. With that being said let's get into it.  Oddly enough this week's episode of The Flash opens with Barry Allen walking along Central City with a bunch of flowers in hand. He drops them in a hurry as he gets an alert that a meta-human is attack Central City. Upon arrival to the location he is met with none other than Hartley Rathaway aka the Pied Piper. Who can now not only use his gauntlets to shoot out energy but he can now fly too. Oh but that's not the only bizarre thing to begin this episode. Even more odd is that in his ear The Flash can hear both Chester from the season 6 premiere and Kamilla Cisco's girlfriend and fellow reporter with Iris. They're manning the comms from Star Labs in almost like a twilight zone beginning to the episode. Everything was all out of whack. With that being said let's get into it.  Directed by none other than Caity Lotz this week's episode of Legends Of Tomorrow picks up almost right where last week's ended with an on the verge of death John Constantine. The episode starts with Ray, Charlie and Gary fading in and out view. They're all on the waverider as Constantine gets rushed to the Medical Bay where Gideon confirms that he has Lung Cancer and it's terminal. Constantine thinks none of this at the beginning and even lights up a cigarette almost like he's laughing at the face of death. Moments later he passes out thanks to a sedative provided by Gideon who says that John needs rest for the time being. Charlie is the main star of this episode however as while she is about to leave the waverider she begins to hear voices in her head saying things like ''you can't escape us'' among other things. Can you believe it? a milestone for any show to reach and with this the 100th episode of Supergirl we may have just gotten the very best episode this season. It begins where last week's ended with Mr Mxyzptlk showing up at Kara and Alex's door. Turns out that he is reformed now and has been travelling throughout time and space to right all those he done wrong. He even gives Kara a way of getting rid of him if needs be. What is he going to help Kara with?? well the thing that she's been struggling with all season and that's the choice she made by not telling Lena Luthor that she was Supergirl long before she found out thanks to Lex. So mainly this is like A Wonderful Life hence the title. It's a throwback episode that features a lot cameos, old moments and memorable events. It's none other than a Vampire. An extremely seductive Vampire who drains the blood completely from her victims. Her victims are mainly those who occupy grimy bars in the seedy side of Gotham. With her actions getting more and more traction Kate gets word of the ongoings and deems herself the Vampire slayer by always saying she's wanted to slay a Vampire. Speaking of Kate after what happened last week with her having chosen Beth over Alice only for the before mentioned to end up getting killed anyway really looks like it's taken it's toll on Kate. She blames herself for what happened but in reality she made the right call it was just destined to not be. Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it.  Since coming back after Crisis The Flash has felt like a different show in some aspects. The silly jokes have gone, the narrative is getting stronger and overall it's felt much more grounded. Well that continues here with another really solid episode. It begins inside of Iris and Barry's apartment where we see the two sitting down. Across the room inside of the mirror we see Iris where last week she was banging on the same exact mirror screaming at Barry. This week we actually see the other side of the mirror where Iris is and she is not alone. She is with Eva McCulloch who upon the night of the Particle Accelerator was blown into this mirror dimension thanks to it's force and Dark Matter. Inside this mirror dimension lies an entire Central City that is completely baron with nobody around to talk to or even see. This has lead to 6 years or so of isolation for Eva Mc...

With that being said let's get into it.  Legends Of Tomorrow returns once more this time picking up right where last week's episode ended where we saw Constantine open a locked door in his house. Behind it lay the ghost / spirit of Astra's mom. With Charlie on the outside and Gary having showed up things don't appear to be going too well for Constantine as we hear him struggle with the spirit on the inside. Gary and Charlie worry on the outside as moans and groans of struggle can be heard. Gary casts a spell on the door unknowingly letting out the spirit into the rest of the house. The hunt begins.. back aboard the waverider we see Sara interrupt Ava in the bathroom. She tells her that he is now interim Captain as she has business to attend to in Star City.
