Die My Love review
Die My Love is a story about love, unrelenting depression and ultimately learning to let go. Jennifer Lawrence steals the show as Grace a new mom who slowly descends into postpartum psychosis who forgets her career as an aspiring writer to look after her and her husband's new born son in a broken down old and lonely home. What starts as a big, loud and bombastic love escape Die My Love slowly descends into something very emotionally charged and what is for some women a very serious issue indeed. Robert Pattinson and Jennifer Lawrence deliver two amazing, amazing performances here with the heavyness of Grace's diagnosis proving to be a lot on such a new young family. Jennifer Lawrence has arguably never been better here in a performance that is fearless and absolutely heartbreaking. Watching her slowly break and crumble before your eyes is both tragic and profound. She is a powerhouse in some scenes while tragedy incarnate in others. As for Pattinson he strikes the perfect b...
