The Flash 6x5 : Kiss Kiss Breach Breach review

Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it.

Another week and you guessed it another great episode of The Flash. Beginning in an odd way as we see Cisco talking to himself in his work shop. Guards rush in and say that he is under arrest. 12 hours previous flashes on the screen as we see Barry & Iris about to take a vacation. This means Cisco is in charge and he has made just the right piece of tech for the occasion. He names it B.A.R.I. which is basically a Barry Allen AI which tells him what to do whenever faced with a problem. It's overly silly to be honest and is mainly used for some cheap jokes. With Barry & Iris away Cisco gets to spend some alone time with his girlfriend Camilla. But of course this doesn't end up happening that well as when in their room at night Cisco picks up a pair of scissors but stops immediately in his tracks dropping them. Camilla then mentions how the night previous Cisco was sleep walking and even left the house. Alarmed by the situation Cisco attempts to piece everything together. Just as they are about to go to sleep someone breaches into the room and sits at the foot of their bed. It's none other than Breacher himself again played by Danny Trejo. He has a somber look on his face as he tells Cisco and Cynthia (Gypsy) is dead. Back at Star Labs Breacher explains what happened to Gypsy and asks Cisco to help him track down the killer..someone named Echo. Camilla butts in and says that Cisco no longer has his Vibe powers. Surprised that he got rid of his powers Breacher instead asks Cisco and Camilla to go in his place to the crime scene where Gypsy was killed. They agree and on Earth-19 a crime scene with little to real evidence awaits.

After getting away during last week's episode Ramsey (Bloodwork) hasn't been seen in over two weeks according to Barry. It's why he and Iris go on vacation as even though the crisis is coming he wants to spend as much time with Iris as possible. This leaves Frost and Ralph on the case as they get reports that Bloodwork has struck again. Caitlin ends up visiting him at his lab and the two talk. Ramsey offers her his gift which he now has complete control over. Caitlin obviously denies him stating that it is no way to live in the world. Ramsey grabs her by the throat and his eyes turn completely to blood before dropping her. He walks out of the lab but not before saying that he will not accept an answer next time. Ramsey again was fantastic here and is really putting previous big bads like Cicada and The Thinker! to shame at the moment. At the end of last week's episode we saw Nash Wells discover something relating to The Monitor in the sewers. It's here we see him again this week but he's not alone as Joe shows up. The two bicker throughout as Joe mentions him looking like Wells forced him to follow / spy on him. Nash ends up blowing up the wall that he saw the Monitor go through last week and leaves both him and Joe trapped in the sewer with time running out literally as their oxygen levels get lower and lower. Joe ends up mentioning how Barry will die in the upcoming Crisis. He mentions The Monitor but at this point both him and Joe are extremely tired and breathing increasingly heavy. But they end up getting rescued by Ralph who expands himself inside the rubble and says that he done some real detective work to find out Joe's location. Sidenote. Nash Wells is fantastic and really trumps last season's Sherloque Wells already in my opinion.
The episode draws to a close back at Star Labs where with the help of Breacher Cisco is able to vibe what happened to Gypsy. He learns that she was totally vaporized with a weapon, and the killer?? well he reveal his hood to reveal Cisco?? Breacher snaps and puts a knife to Cisco's throat. Both Cisco and Camilla are astonished by this revelation. Even more so when Camilla finds the weapon used to kill Gypsy in Cisco's workshop. Was it all a setup?? with Breacher really on top of him Cisco mentions how he's been having some episodes recently. Breacher replies with Breacher Psychosis which is what happens to breachers who suppress their powers. Even so Cisco just wouldn't up and kill Gypsy would he?? well with time running after being given an ultimatum of give himself up within an hour of he'll come to end him Cisco learns that someone has been messing with his mind. It's the old doppleganger trick as another version of Cisco killed Gypsy and not Cisco from Earth-1. We're show the beginning of the episode again where cops rush in to arrest Cisco but he's two steps ahead of them. First he uses a holograph to trick the cops then a force field to keep Breacher at bay. His plan?? go back to Earth-19 and confront this person who set him up. And yes indeed it is another Cisco. He is Echo and not only did he go to Earth-1 to setup Cisco he did it so Cisco and him would switch places. The two end up fighting which Cisco (Earth 1) gets the better of as he smartly put a force field trigger into his weapon beforehand. Echo is caught and arrested and Gypsy's killer is no more. Back at Star Labs Breacher thanks Cisco for what he did in finding the true killer and says that he should've known he wouldn't have killed Cynthia. He invites both Camilla and Cisco to a remembrance service for his daughter. They agree and confess their true feelings for one another. The following day Barry and Iris return. Cisco mentions how he didn't use B.A.R.I as much and how he is ready if needed to help the team in whatever way possible going forward. Nash Wells has a little something to say before the episode ends however. He knows how to save Barry in the upcoming crisis. That's all he says as the episode ends. I knew Barry was going to survive but this just gets me super excited to see how. Overall this episode which was heavily Cisco focused was really good. Not having Barry or Iris around tho critical to the main story this season was a nice change of pace. Bloodwork was just featured enough and Nash Wells continues to shine. At the moment this show can do no wrong and shows no signs of slowing down. It does however go on break now until November 19th so until then it is Team Flash!
