Legends Of Tomorrow 3x11 : Here I Go Again
Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it
This show does it again. It gives us another amazing episode filled with plenty of hilarious moments and one or two nice little life lessons. The episode begins normal enough as Zari is working on a new simulation programme for the waverider and as she installs it Gideon crashes. This is when the legends return to the bridge all dressed in Disco getup. This is where the episode really begins though as Zari and Sara argue over Zari not doing her job right and Ray who says later that he is afraid of Sara butts in only to be knocked out by Sara which was just hilarious. As Zari leaves in anger she goes to the engine room only to kick start an explosion that blows up the waverider killing everybody on board or has it? we're brought right back to the moment just a few moments earlier where Sara and Zari argue more and this leads to Zari finding out that she is stuck in a never ending time loop of a 1 hour time period where at the end of it the waverider explodes killing everybody on board.Needless to say this happens a lot throughout the episode but it is done in such a fun way that it makes this episode such a joy to watch. This show has really found it's feet this season and as I've said before it is hands down my favorite of all the CW shows right now.
Skip forward a bit and as the time loop begins to take it's toll on Zari she recruits Nate to try and help her figure it all out. This also leads to some really fun scenes even with a nice throwback to Hawkgirl from season 1 as Zari puts on her helmet (which is just on board oddly enough) but that being said it was nice to see it again. The real reason of the waverider exploding is found out to be that a bomb is on board and it leads to Zari Nate and even Ray coming together to try and figure out just who or what has planted this bomb. I'm not going to spoil the outcome but it is actually really cool and focuses on the bond of friendship and learning to trust one another. Also as Zari and Nate try to figure this all out we're treated to some really fun moments as it's learned that Mick is writing a romantic sci-fi novel that Zari reads during one of the loops and loves it. Sara and Agent Sharp talk again and it's obvious that she is crushing hard on Sara even Zari mentions it to Sara towards the end of the episode. We're even treated to Zari paying the violin which was just incredible. The episode ends as we're brought to China in 2018 and see Wally West meditating only to be interrupted by Rip Hunter who says he needs his help to save the universe. And that is where the episode ends. So we're finally getting Wally joining the legends and that is going to add even more to what is already a really impressive cast who work so well together.
This show continues to grow and shine with each episode. Forget Legends Of Tomorrow they should rename it Legend Of Zari after this episode it is THAT good. If you're not watching you're missing out on some great TV.
