Arrow 6x4 : Reversal review

Be warned there will be *SPOILERS* involved in this review. With that being said let's get into it.

I'm just going to start this review off by saying that this show doesn't feel the same without Oliver as the Green Arrow. Dig is a badass in the suit but nobody will ever replace Ollie as Green Arrow. But that's just my personal preference.

The episodes starts as we see Laurel now a brunette (wearing a wig) in a bar as she seduces some guy who obviously falls for her charms. They both go outside and she flat out kills him. Afterwards we Oliver and Felicity having dinner in a scene familiar to that of the one in season 3's first episode. There's a lot less action involved this time around though. After some funny lines it ends rather quickly as Felicity is called to the bunker.

In the bunker the team learns of Laurel after the victim's body is found. There's a hilarious Black Widow namedrop by Curtis that will have you laughing to yourself. As the team focus on Laurel, Felicity heads back to her apartment but is interrupted by Alena the returning member for hacking group Helix. She tells Felicity that Cayden James the supreme hacker from last season that Felicity helped free has a plan to wipe out %4 of the world's population. We're later introduced to him as he is working with Black Siren. He basically wants to wipe out the entire internet (we're not entirely told why) and he almost achieves this before the team come to the rescue.

I really liked this episode. It was centered around Felicity but that isn't a bad thing at all. She is a really good character but it's just the writing that affects her sometimes. Her and Oliver are indeed back together as we find out in this episode but again that's not a bad thing as long as they don't focus too heavily on their relationship.

The episode ends as Oliver gets a call from Slade Wilson who needs his help. So next week's episode will be Deathstroke heavy which is always a good thing as Slade has been a standout character on this show. This episode tops all others this season and is easily the best episode so far. This is Team Arrow at it's finest.
